Dr. Uttma Dham, DMD Lead Dentist & Founder
Dr. Uttma Dham is the heart of Westside Dental Center. For more than 20 years, she has been providing exceptional dental care to patients in Plantation, Florida. Known for her gentle approach and dedication to patient education, Dr. Dham takes the time to listen, explain treatment options thoroughly, and ensure every patient feels comfortable and confident in their care. Dr. Dham earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree with Honors from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in 2003 , where she was recognized with the Dean's Academic Achievement Award. She then completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at the Miami-Dade County Dental Research Center, with clinical rotations at Community Smiles Center and Jackson Memorial Hospital. These experiences provided advanced training in comprehensive and complex patient care across diverse populations.
Committed to lifelong learning and clinical excellence, Dr. Dham has pursued extensive continuing education in all aspects of dentistry. She earned Fellowship status with the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), a distinction requiring over 500 hours of continuing education and successful completion of a rigorous examination.
Her passion for advancing patient care led her to pursue specialized training in dental implantology. Dr. Dham earned a Fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) and completed the Implant Educators Program affiliated with the University of Florida.
She is highly skilled in implant treatment planning and restoration, helping patients restore both function and confidence in their smiles.
Dr. Dham is also dedicated to incorporating the latest technologies into her practice. She completed advanced training in laser dentistry and earned certification in Mastering Laser Applications for Dental and Cosmetic Procedures. By utilizing Fotona laser technology, she is able to provide minimally invasive treatments with enhanced precision, comfort, and outcomes.
As a certified Invisalign Provider, Dr. Dham has successfully treated numerous orthodontic cases and has achieved Pearl Provider status in recognition of her experience and clinical success. She is also an active member of the American Academy of Clear Aligners (AACA).
With a strong passion for smile design and facial aesthetics, Dr. Dham offers cosmetic treatments including porcelain veneers and Botox.
She is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), where she continues to refine her skills in advanced cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Dham specializes in comprehensive full-mouth reconstruction, utilizing a multidisciplinary approach to restore both oral health and aesthetics. Her artistic eye, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence allow her to create beautiful, functional, and natural-looking results for her patients.
Outside the office, Dr. Dham enjoys music, art, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. She is deeply committed to giving back to the community and regularly volunteers her time to provide dental care to underserved populations. She proudly participates in the “Give Back a Smile” program through the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Chasity is one of those team members who makes the whole room feel warmer. As a dental assistant at Westside Dental Center, she works closely alongside Dr. Dham to ensure that every patient feels comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their appointment.
What she values most about her role is the connection getting to know patients, helping ease any nerves, and being a familiar, friendly face that makes returning to the office feel less like a chore and more like a visit with people who genuinely know you.
Outside of work, Chasity's world revolves around her son and a good book. That combination of nurturing and thoughtfulness carries right into everything she does at the practice.
Yliana Registered Dental Hygienist
Yliana is the reason so many Westside Dental Center patients actually look forward to their cleanings. As the practice's dental hygienist, she's usually the first centeral team member patients interact with and she makes that first impression count.
She loves working at Westside because of the atmosphere: a team that genuinely supports each other and a practice culture where everyone's well-being matters. That positivity translates directly into the chair, where patients consistently describe her as through, gentle, and easy to talk to. Yliana is also proud to serve the practice's Spanish-speaking patient community. Devine Treatment Coordinator

Her warmth and patience make a real difference, especially for patients who are anxious or uncertain about committing to a bigger treatment.
When she's not helping patients through their dental journey, Devine can be found working out, reading, shopping, or spending time with her two sons, the center of her world.
